β€œThe Garden School is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, gender, family structure, or ability. We actively promote diversity and equality, respect, understanding, and celebration of differences. The Garden School welcomes, values, and supports racial, economic, gender, and cultural diversity. We are committed to having our school reflect the inherent and emerging diversity of our community.”

We have a deep commitment to creating an inclusive community that values diversity and multiculturalism, and we seek candidates who have this same commitment. We are a Waldorf-inspired, forest-based school. Our students spend most of their school day outside on our beautiful 11+ acre campus, consisting of woodlands, open areas, a creek, wetlands, and a learning farm.

We prefer applicants with a background in Waldorf education, but we acknowledge that there are times when the right candidate may be new to Waldorf. We encourage potential applicants to seek out opportunities to learn more about our community through festivals, work days, adult education, et cetera.
