Kingdom of Halloween Vendor Application

Our festival isn't the same without local vendors, and many patrons look forward to seeing their favorite vendor year after year. If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2023 Kingdom of Halloween festival on Saturday October 21st from 4:00-8:00 pm, please complete this form. Once we receive your completed application we will reach out with next steps. Please read through the FAQ before you begin. FAQs and Information

*Please know that, although we would love to welcome each and every business that applies, this is a curated market and businesses will be carefully selected by a panel to ensure that each vendor aligns with our vision for this event. We will only be accepting a small number of vendors per category to allow each vendor the most exposure in their specialty as possible. We will not be accepting any applications from MLM or direct sales businesses.

1. To participate, the vendor must submit a completed application
2. Booth Fee is $30. Payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing. Refunds are not available as we are holding a space for you. All fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled.
3. This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Vendors are strongly encouraged to incorporate a canopy into their booth plan.
4. Your participation includes approximately 10'x10' booth space. You should plan to bring everything you need for your booth including battery operated lighting. We overhead light the meadow, but the light doesn't reach into tents well.
5. Please be respectful of the space, and keep all areas clean and uncluttered.
6. All products, displays and activities must be "family friendly", environmentally responsible, politically neutral, and support a Waldorf-inspired aesthetic. Please no free candy as there are families in attendance with food sensitivities.
7. Vendor set-up times will be communicated once your application has been approved. 
8. All booth displays must be completed and ready for customers by 4:00 pm. Tear down may not begin until 8:00 pm.
